Creation, Digital, Studio and Labs — four connected layers built around one business system.

Vyasti — We build businesses as systems.
01 / Project Overview

LearnX had a powerful education mission. Its website wasn't giving it the credibility it deserved.

LearnX needed a digital presence capable of explaining a broad education ecosystem without making the experience feel complex. Vyasti redesigned and developed the complete website, improved the content structure, created multiple pages, handled migration and blog/resource work, and produced custom graphics, imagery, icons and animations within an approximately five-day project.

LearnX / Digital Learning Experience Website · UI/UX · Development
Project context The challenge was not simply to make the website look better.

LearnX had multiple audiences, different learning pathways and a broad education proposition. The website needed to make that ecosystem feel clear, trustworthy and premium.

Project duration ~5 days

Website redesign, development, content work, page creation, migration, blogs/resources and custom visual production were delivered inside a highly compressed project window.

Before Vyasti 01
An existing website that undersold the quality of the education offering.

The previous digital experience did not present LearnX with the visual credibility, content hierarchy or premium perception the organisation wanted.

After Vyasti 02
A clearer, faster and more premium education experience.

The redesigned website connected the wider learning ecosystem through stronger information hierarchy, multi-page design, publishing and a more coherent visual system.

Audience ecosystem One website had to make sense to people arriving with very different needs.

LearnX communicates across a broader education ecosystem. Instead of forcing every visitor through one generic message, the website needed enough structure to make different audiences feel relevant while still presenting one coherent organisation.

LearnX ecosystem Different audiences. One connected education story.

The redesigned hierarchy helped the wider LearnX proposition remain consistent while supporting different perspectives across the education journey.

01
Schools Understand the wider education ecosystem and institutional relevance.
02
Educators Explore programs, learning pathways and professional-development information.
03
Students Encounter a learning experience that feels accessible and structured.
04
Parents Understand the purpose and broader learning proposition with greater clarity.
01
Mission Education story

Communicate the wider purpose without overwhelming visitors.

02

Business objective

LearnX entered the project with an existing website that did not represent the quality or ambition of its education offering strongly enough. Vyasti redesigned and developed the complete website, reorganised the content experience, created multiple pages, handled migration and blog/resource work, and produced the graphics, imagery, icons and animations required to support the new direction — within approximately five days. The result was a faster, clearer and more premium education website with stronger UX and a digital presence better aligned with the organisation behind it.

02 / The Challenge

One website had to explain an entire education ecosystem.

LearnX's challenge went beyond improving an existing website. The new experience had to establish greater credibility, communicate to multiple audiences, organise different learning pathways, restructure content and support blogs, resources and migration — while being designed and developed within an approximately five-day project.

Core challenge Simplify the experience without simplifying the mission.

Education platforms often become difficult to navigate when every audience, program and idea competes for equal attention. LearnX needed enough depth to explain its wider proposition, but enough hierarchy to keep that proposition understandable.

01
Weak existing website

The previous digital presence did not project the premium quality or credibility LearnX wanted the organisation to communicate online.

02
Multiple audiences

Schools, educators, students and parents entered the ecosystem with different questions and different levels of context.

03
Content complexity

The website needed to organise programs, learning models and supporting educational information without becoming overly dense.

04
~5 day delivery

Design, development, content work, migration, page production and visual creation had to progress within a very short timeline.

Audience challenge The same website could not speak to everyone in exactly the same way.

The wider LearnX proposition had to remain consistent while still giving different audiences enough context to understand why the organisation, programs and learning model were relevant to them.

The ecosystem problem Four audience perspectives had to feel connected, not fragmented.

The challenge was to create one clear education story while allowing schools, educators, students and parents to enter that story from different perspectives.

01
Schools Needed institutional relevance and a clear view of the wider ecosystem.
02
Educators Needed understandable pathways, learning information and development context.
03
Students Needed the experience to remain approachable despite the depth of information.
04
Parents Needed greater clarity around purpose, learning and relevance.
01
Mission Explain the purpose

Communicate the larger education proposition without leading with too much information.

02
Programs Explain the pathways

Give different programs enough separation while keeping them part of one system.

03
Learning Explain the model

Surface learning concepts without making the experience feel like technical documentation.

04
Content Support deeper reading

Blogs and resources needed to extend the experience beyond core marketing pages.

Design problem 01
Premium could not mean making education feel distant or corporate.

LearnX needed greater visual credibility while still feeling accessible enough for an education ecosystem involving students, parents, educators and institutions.

Content problem 02
Clearer visuals would not solve an unclear information hierarchy.

Design and content both required work. The structure had to help visitors understand audiences, programs and learning concepts before the visual design could properly support them.

Program challenge Different certificate pathways needed to feel related without becoming repetitive.

Program information needed enough structure for comparison and exploration, but the wider journey still had to feel like one LearnX experience instead of several disconnected offers.

01 Yellow Belt Learning Pathway
02 Green Belt Learning Pathway
03 Red Belt Learning Pathway
04 Black Belt Learning Pathway
Content pressure The redesign also had to absorb a wider publishing workload.

This was not only a homepage redesign. Multiple pages, content work, migration and blogs/resources all had to fit inside the new visual and information structure.

01
Existing Content review

Determine what existing information still needed to move forward.

02
Structure Content hierarchy

Reorganise material so information could be consumed more logically.

03
Publishing Blogs & resources

Extend the redesign into longer-form educational content.

04
Transition Content migration

Bring required existing material into the redesigned system.

Credibility challenge Education websites have to earn trust before visual polish becomes meaningful.

The redesigned experience needed to feel considered, structured and professional because LearnX was presenting educational programs and a broader learning proposition. Premium design therefore had to support credibility rather than simply create visual impact.

Required perception Premium. Clear. Credible. Accessible.

The site needed enough authority for institutions and educators while remaining approachable for students and parents.

Delivery pressure ~5 days

Content decisions, page hierarchy, visual direction, development, migration and custom asset production had little room to operate as isolated phases.

01
Understand quickly Establish the audiences, learning structure and priority messages.
02
Structure quickly Turn broad information into a usable page hierarchy.
03
Build quickly Move approved direction into production without long delays.
04
Refine continuously Improve design, content and responsive behaviour while production advanced.
The real challenge Make a broad education proposition feel simple without making it feel small.

LearnX needed credibility, accessibility and information depth at the same time. The website had to communicate across multiple audiences and learning pathways, support deeper content and still feel easy to use rather than overloaded.

Project constraint Solve all of that inside approximately five days.

The timeline meant hierarchy, design, content and development decisions had to stay tightly connected from the beginning.

Challenge in context

LearnX already had a website, but it was not presenting the organisation or its education ecosystem with the quality, clarity or credibility required. Vyasti had to redesign the digital experience around multiple audiences, organise different learning pathways, improve the content hierarchy, create multiple pages, support migration and blogs/resources, and produce graphics, imagery, icons and animations — all within an approximately five-day project. The challenge was therefore not simply to make LearnX look more premium. It was to make a complex education proposition feel clearer, more trustworthy and easier to navigate.

03 / Our Approach

We didn't start with pages. We started with how the education ecosystem needed to make sense.

LearnX contained several audiences, programs and layers of learning information. The approach was to establish the underlying education story first, then use that structure to guide content, page hierarchy, interface design, development and publishing.

Approach principle Organise the ecosystem before decorating the interface.

A premium education website could not be created simply by adding better colours, typography and graphics. LearnX first needed a clearer information model so audiences, programs, learning concepts and content could each have a defined role.

01
Understand the mission

Establish what the broader LearnX experience needed visitors to understand first.

02
Map the audiences

Identify how schools, educators, students and parents entered the story differently.

03
Separate information layers

Give programs, learning concepts and publishing content clearer individual roles.

04
Build one visual language

Connect all of those different needs through one coherent website system.

Education architecture The website story was organised from purpose to experience.

Instead of treating every page independently, the broader experience was structured around the sequence users needed to understand: what LearnX stands for, who it serves, what it offers, how learning works and where deeper information lives.

01
Foundation Mission

Establish the broader purpose behind the education experience.

02
People Audiences

Clarify who the ecosystem serves and why it matters to them.

03
Structure Ecosystem

Connect different parts of the LearnX proposition into one model.

04
Offer Programs

Give learning pathways clear space and understandable hierarchy.

05
Experience Learning Model

Explain how learning happens without making the website feel technical.

06
Depth Content

Support additional education material, blogs and resources.

07
Experience Design

Turn the new information structure into a premium digital interface.

08
Delivery Build

Develop, migrate, refine and publish the complete website.

Audience strategy Different users needed context — not four completely different websites.

The approach kept LearnX's core story consistent while creating enough hierarchy for schools, educators, students and parents to recognise the parts of the ecosystem most relevant to them.

01
Schools Frame the wider education proposition and institutional relevance.
02
Educators Make learning pathways and development information easier to explore.
03
Students Keep the learning experience approachable despite deeper information.
04
Parents Explain the purpose and learning proposition with greater clarity.
Program structure We treated the certificate pathways as one learning system rather than isolated offers.

Program communication needed consistency so users could understand that the pathways belonged to the same LearnX experience. Shared hierarchy made each pathway easier to recognise without making every program presentation identical.

01 Yellow Belt
02 Green Belt
03 Red Belt
04 Black Belt
Learning communication Complex learning ideas were translated into smaller, understandable digital moments.

Broader education concepts needed to feel accessible. Instead of explaining everything in one place, the website could distribute information into clearer sections and page patterns.

01
Learning formats

Give methods and formats enough space to be understood without overloading pages.

02
Personalisation

Present deeper learning ideas through concise sections supported by visual hierarchy.

03
Community & insights

Connect the wider learning ecosystem without making every concept compete for attention.

Content approach Content hierarchy was solved with the interface, not after it.

Because both design and content needed work, the two were treated as one UX problem. Information was prioritised and structured around what each page needed to communicate before being fitted into the visual system.

01
Hierarchy Clear reading order

Use spacing, scale and grouping to make information easier to navigate.

02
Presentation Premium without distance

Increase visual credibility while keeping the education experience approachable.

03
Visual System Graphics & icons

Use supporting visual assets to make dense information easier to scan.

04
Motion Purposeful animation

Add motion where it strengthened presentation rather than creating distraction.

Compressed delivery The project moved as a connected sprint rather than a long sequence of handoffs.

Approximately five days meant design, content, development, migration and responsive refinement had to overlap. The process remained structured, but individual disciplines could not wait for one another to finish completely.

01
Understand Establish the ecosystem

Identify audiences, programs, content types and the core education story.

02
Organise Build the hierarchy

Turn broad information into a clearer website structure.

03
Simplify Reduce information friction

Separate messages so individual sections had clearer jobs.

04
Design Create the visual system

Translate the hierarchy into a stronger premium interface.

05
Develop Move pages into production

Build the approved experience across the wider multi-page website.

06
Migrate Bring content forward

Fit required existing content into the redesigned page system.

07
Refine Improve in production

Refine UX, visuals and responsive behaviour as the site came together.

08
Publish Complete the experience

Bring pages, content, blogs, resources and visuals into the final website.

Parallel execution The timeline worked because the workstreams informed each other continuously.

Content could influence interface decisions, development could expose responsive issues, and visuals could be created around actual page needs while production continued.

01
Content + hierarchy Structure information while determining what each section needed to communicate.
02
UI + page system Build reusable visual logic while individual page needs were being solved.
03
Development + refinement Improve UX and responsive behaviour while pages moved into production.
04
Graphics + content Create visuals around real education information rather than adding decoration later.
Approach outcome The education ecosystem became the structure behind the website instead of information competing inside it.

By organising audiences, programs, learning information and content before treating them as isolated pages, the project gained a clearer foundation for UI design, development, migration and publishing.

Project duration ~5 days

A compressed redesign and development sprint covering content, multiple pages, publishing, migration and custom visual production.

How we worked

LearnX required more than a faster design process. Vyasti first organised the mission, audiences, wider education ecosystem, program pathways and learning information into a clearer hierarchy, then translated that structure into content, UI design, multiple pages, development, migration, blogs/resources and custom graphics, imagery, icons and animations. Working this way allowed the approximately five-day project to move quickly while the finished website still felt structured, accessible and considered.

04 / Solution Highlights

A complex education proposition, organised into a clearer digital journey.

LearnX needed more than a stronger visual style. The redesign connected its education ecosystem, audiences, program pathways, learning concepts, publishing content and custom visual assets through one more coherent multi-page digital experience.

Solution outcome The website became easier to understand because the design followed the education structure instead of fighting it.

Mission, audiences, program pathways, learning information, blogs, resources and visual assets were brought into one digital language, allowing the broader LearnX proposition to feel more organised and credible across the multi-page site.

Delivery context A complete education website rebuild inside approximately five days.

The solution connected design, content, development, migration, publishing and custom visual production despite the compressed project window.

Solution in context

LearnX's existing website could not be improved simply by refreshing colours and layouts. Vyasti redesigned and developed the wider digital experience around LearnX's education ecosystem, different audiences, certificate pathways and deeper learning information, while also handling content structure, migration, blogs/resources and the production of graphics, imagery, icons and animations. The result was a more coherent, premium and usable multi-page website that made a broad education proposition easier to explore and understand.

05 / Impact & Results

Five days later, LearnX looked like the education organisation it wanted to become online.

The project began with an existing website that did not present the LearnX education experience strongly enough. The rebuild delivered a clearer multi-page website, stronger program and audience structure, integrated blogs/resources, custom visual assets and a fast final experience with good UX.

The website was redesigned and developed, multiple pages were created, content migration and blog/resource work were handled, and custom graphics, imagery, icons and animations were produced as part of the broader project.

Public proof The finished LearnX website is live.

The public website provides direct visual proof of the final redesign, page system, program presentation, publishing experience and responsive digital direction.

Impact in context

LearnX entered the engagement with an existing website that did not present its education proposition with enough clarity, credibility or visual quality. Vyasti redesigned and developed the complete website, improved the information hierarchy, structured different audiences and program pathways, created multiple pages, handled content migration and blog/resource work, and produced graphics, imagery, icons and animations within an approximately five-day project. The result was a fast, usable and more premium education website with a clearer digital structure for the wider LearnX ecosystem.

06 / Education Website & Content System

The website worked because the education ecosystem became a system first.

LearnX contained different audiences, certificate pathways, learning concepts and publishing requirements. To move quickly without creating fragmented pages, the redesign needed one structure connecting the education story, content hierarchy, interface, development and publishing.

System principle Give every layer of the education story a clear job.

The site became easier to structure once mission, audiences, programs, learning information and content stopped competing for the same space and instead became connected stages of one digital journey.

Delivery context One connected education system. Approximately five days.

Shared structure allowed content, design, development and publishing to move quickly without turning the finished site into a collection of unrelated pages.

System in context

LearnX required a website capable of holding different audiences, certificate programs, learning concepts and publishing content without losing clarity. Vyasti connected purpose, audiences, the education ecosystem, program pathways, learning information and content through a shared website architecture, then supported that structure with content hierarchy, UI design, graphics, development, migration, responsive refinement and publishing. That system made it possible to deliver a broader multi-page education experience within an approximately five-day project while keeping the finished website coherent, premium and usable.
