No. We intentionally keep it simpler than that. It is not meant to replace your project-management software or become another system you have to maintain. Its role is to keep the useful project context and important destinations easier to reach.
That depends on the engagement. A workspace may include project references, working documents, Figma links, staging links, shared folders, meeting information, notes, deliverables or other material that helps you return to the work quickly. We include what is useful rather than filling the workspace with unnecessary sections.
Yes, when review is part of the project. The workspace can take you to the appropriate review environment, such as Figma, a staging website, a document or another project-specific tool. The review itself does not need to be artificially moved into the workspace.
No. Your files can continue living in the tools that make sense for the project. Designs may remain in Figma, documents in Drive, development on staging or in a repository. The workspace simply keeps the relevant destinations easier to find from one starting point.
Yes. Relevant project owners, reviewers, brand teams, technical stakeholders or decision-makers can be included where shared access helps the project. The aim is not to bring everyone into every detail, but to keep the right people connected to the context they need.
It can. What matters during kickoff is different from what matters during review or handoff. Early in the project you may need briefs and references; later you may need review links, implementation material or final deliverables. The workspace can evolve with the work while remaining the same familiar place to return to.
Client Workspace access is intended for active Vyasti engagements. If you are already working with us, contact the team and we can guide you to the appropriate workspace. For new projects, workspace access can be introduced during onboarding when it is useful for the engagement.
