BUSINESS-BUILDING SYSTEM
01 / Ecosystem

Vyasti Ecosystem

Creation, Digital, Studio and Labs — four connected layers built around one business system.

Vyasti — We build businesses as systems.
01 / Project Overview

Lantern already had the expertise. Its website wasn't communicating it.

Lantern needed its existing digital presence to match the quality and ambition of the business behind it. Vyasti redesigned and developed the website, reworked the communication and content structure, created supporting visual assets and delivered the broader experience within an approximately five-day project window.

Project context The problem was bigger than outdated visuals.

Lantern needed stronger design, but the communication also required attention. The website had to explain the business more clearly while presenting it through a much more premium digital experience.

Project duration ~5 days

Website redesign, development, page creation, content work, migration, blog/resource support and visual production were handled inside a highly compressed project window.

Before Vyasti 01
An existing website that undersold the quality of the business.

Lantern already had a digital presence, but the site did not communicate the company with the premium presentation, clarity and user experience the business required.

After Vyasti 02
A clearer, faster and more premium B2B digital experience.

The redesigned website brought stronger hierarchy, improved presentation, clearer content organisation, multiple pages and publishing work together inside one cohesive experience.

What made the project different The timeline compressed every major website decision.

The project required design, communication and implementation to progress almost simultaneously. There was little room for a long sequential process where one discipline waited for another to finish.

01
Existing site Improve perception

Move the digital presence away from an experience that undersold Lantern.

02
Communication Clarify the story

Organise the messaging so the business could be understood more quickly.

03
Production Build multiple pages

Design and develop the broader website rather than stopping at a homepage.

04
Delivery ~5 day window

Complete the experience quickly without allowing the finished work to feel rushed.

Design challenge 01
The website had to look substantially more premium without adding unnecessary complexity.

The redesign required a stronger visual hierarchy, better page composition and more deliberate interaction between content and visual assets. The goal was not decoration for its own sake, but a website that looked more credible and easier to navigate.

Content challenge 02
The business story needed to become clearer at the same time as the interface changed.

Design alone would not solve an unclear digital narrative. Content and page structure had to be refined alongside the UI so Lantern's offering could be presented with stronger sequencing and easier comprehension.

Digital story The website needed to guide users through the business rather than simply display information.

The new experience was structured to move from understanding Lantern and its proposition into deeper service and process communication, supporting proof and content, and ultimately giving users a clearer route toward action.

01
Positioning Make the business proposition clearer from the beginning.
02
Services Give the broader offering enough structure and hierarchy.
03
Process Help visitors understand how Lantern approaches the work.
04
Action Create a clearer path from understanding to engagement.
Content & publishing The project extended beyond redesigning the main marketing pages.

Lantern also required content migration and blog/resource work. That meant the redesign needed to accommodate publishing and longer-form content alongside the core website rather than treating those sections as secondary additions.

Business objective

Lantern already had a website, but the existing experience did not represent the business with the premium presentation or communication clarity it required. Vyasti redesigned and developed the website, refined the content structure, created multiple pages, handled migration and blog/resource work, and produced the graphics, imagery, icons and animations required to support the new experience — all within an approximately five-day project. The result was a faster, clearer and more premium website with stronger UX and a digital presence better aligned with the business behind it.

02 / The Challenge

The website needed a stronger story. The timeline left almost no room for hesitation.

Lantern's existing website was not giving the business the premium digital presence it needed. The challenge was to improve the design, restructure the communication, create multiple pages, support migration and publishing work, and complete the wider experience inside an approximately five-day project window.

Core challenge Redesign the experience and the story at almost the same time.

A visual redesign alone would not have solved the problem. Lantern's content and page hierarchy also needed work, which meant communication decisions and interface decisions had to progress together rather than through a long sequential process.

01
Weak existing experience

The previous website did not present Lantern with the quality, hierarchy and premium perception the business required.

02
Complex business story

Lantern's broader B2B offering needed clearer communication so visitors could understand what the company does without working through scattered messaging.

03
Content required work

Messaging, hierarchy and page structure had to be refined alongside the redesign instead of simply placing old content inside a new interface.

04
~5 day delivery

Design, development, page production, content work and migration all had to move at an unusually compressed pace.

Existing-site problem The issue was not that Lantern had no website. It was that the website was underselling the business.

The redesign therefore had to improve more than surface aesthetics. The site needed stronger presentation, communication hierarchy and usability while retaining enough flexibility to support multiple page types.

01 / Perception
Not premium enough

The visual experience did not reflect the level of expertise and positioning Lantern wanted to communicate.

02 / Communication
The story needed structure

Visitors needed a clearer sequence for understanding what Lantern does, how it works and why the offering matters.

03 / Experience
Better UX was required

The finished site had to feel easier to navigate and consume while carrying a significant amount of B2B information.

Design problem 01
Premium could not simply mean adding more visual decoration.

The website needed stronger hierarchy, composition and visual confidence without becoming unnecessarily elaborate. The design had to support the message instead of competing with it.

Content problem 02
Better design would still fail if the digital story remained difficult to follow.

Messaging had to be reorganised alongside the UI so the website could explain Lantern with clearer sequencing, stronger emphasis and less ambiguity.

Communication challenge Visitors needed to understand a broad B2B proposition without being overwhelmed by it.

Lantern's digital story needed to move from the high-level business proposition into services, process, proof and action without making the experience feel fragmented or excessively dense.

01
Positioning Establish what Lantern does quickly and confidently.
02
Services Explain a broad offering without creating information overload.
03
Process Make Lantern's working model easier to follow.
04
Action Create a clear next step after understanding the offering.
Delivery pressure ~5 days

There was little room for long approval cycles or isolated phases. Design, content, development and page production had to advance with unusually tight coordination.

01
Decide faster Reduce unnecessary iteration and focus on high-value decisions.
02
Design while structuring Content hierarchy and UI could not wait for separate timelines.
03
Develop quickly Approved direction needed to move into production immediately.
04
Refine in motion UX, content and visual details needed continuous adjustment.
Scope pressure The five-day requirement was not for a single landing page.

The work extended across multiple pages plus publishing and migration requirements, which made consistency and reuse especially important inside such a compressed delivery window.

01
Core Main website pages

Rebuild the primary experience and establish the new direction.

02
Expansion Inner pages

Extend the system across the wider site without losing consistency.

03
Publishing Blogs & resources

Support longer-form content inside the same digital language.

04
Existing material Content migration

Bring required content into the redesigned experience efficiently.

Content & migration challenge Rebuilding the interface was only half the job.

The website also included migration and blog/resource work. Existing and new material therefore needed to be fitted into the redesigned hierarchy without letting content production become a bottleneck for the five-day delivery.

05 Publish
01
Graphics

New supporting visuals had to be produced alongside page design.

02
Images

Visual context had to feel relevant to the new premium direction.

03
Icons

Scannability needed improvement across information-heavy sections.

04
Animations

Motion work had to fit into the same compressed production cycle.

Quality requirement
Premium, not hurried

The finished website could not visually reveal how short the production window actually was.

UX requirement
Clearer, not just prettier

Better information hierarchy and navigation were required alongside the visual redesign.

Performance requirement
Fast, despite the richer experience

More pages and custom visual work still needed to result in a fast final website.

The real tension Move quickly enough to meet the deadline without letting speed become visible in the finished work.

Lantern required design, content, development, visual production, migration and publishing to move almost simultaneously. The challenge was therefore not merely finishing quickly, but making fast decisions without reducing the quality of the final experience.

Project window ~5 days

A complete redesign and development engagement executed under a highly compressed timeline.

Challenge in context

Lantern already had a website, but the existing experience did not communicate the business with the premium presentation or clarity it needed. Vyasti had to solve the design and content problems together, create and develop multiple pages, handle content migration and blog/resource work, and produce supporting graphics, images, icons and animations — all inside an approximately five-day project window. The challenge was therefore not simply redesigning quickly. It was creating a substantially stronger digital experience without allowing the compressed timeline to define the quality of the result.

03 / Our Approach

When the timeline is compressed, the process has to become clearer — not looser.

Lantern could not be handled through a slow sequence of strategy, copy, design and development. The project required those disciplines to overlap, with decisions made quickly enough to keep production moving while still protecting the quality of the final website.

Approach principle Compress the timeline. Not the thinking.

The five-day window made prioritisation critical. Instead of trying to treat every decision equally, the process focused first on the parts that shaped the entire experience: positioning, hierarchy, page structure, visual direction and reusable design logic.

01
Decide the hierarchy early

Clarify what visitors needed to understand first before designing individual sections.

02
Design and content together

Messaging and interface decisions were treated as connected problems.

03
Reuse without becoming repetitive

Shared page logic accelerated production while leaving space for different stories.

04
Refine while building

UX, content and visual details continued improving as development progressed.

Compressed delivery system Eight connected stages moved the project from weak website to finished experience.

These were not treated as long isolated phases. The process moved forward continuously, with content, design and development overlapping whenever that helped protect the timeline.

01
Understand Identify the real problem

Establish what the existing website was failing to communicate.

02
Prioritise Focus on what shapes the site

Decide the most important messages, pages and structural decisions first.

03
Restructure Rebuild the story

Organise the content so Lantern could be understood with less friction.

04
Design Establish the premium direction

Turn the clarified hierarchy into a stronger visual and interaction system.

05
Develop Move approved work into production

Translate the new website system into functioning responsive pages.

06
Migrate Bring content into the system

Fit required content, blogs and resources into the redesigned experience.

07
Refine Improve while the site takes shape

Adjust hierarchy, responsive behaviour, visuals and UX during production.

08
Complete Finish the full experience

Bring design, development, publishing and visual production together.

Parallel execution The project could not afford to wait for one discipline to finish before the next began.

Design, content, development and visual production had to inform each other continuously. That parallel structure allowed the website to move faster while avoiding obvious gaps between how the content was written and how the interface actually worked.

01
Content + hierarchy Restructure messaging while deciding how pages should flow.
02
UI + page system Establish reusable visual logic while individual pages were being created.
03
Development + refinement Improve the experience while approved sections moved into production.
04
Visuals + content Create graphics and imagery around what each section actually needed to explain.
Content approach We treated content structure as part of UX, not something added after design.

Because Lantern's existing communication needed work, hierarchy and messaging were addressed during the redesign. That allowed sections to be composed around what users needed to understand instead of forcing unclear content into attractive layouts.

04
Responsive Cross-device experience

Refine layouts so the new hierarchy remained clear on smaller screens.

Visual production Custom assets were created alongside the pages rather than waiting until the end.

Graphics, imagery, icons and animations were developed in parallel with the website so each visual could support a real communication need instead of becoming decorative material added after the structure was finished.

01

Strengthen complex sections with clearer visual communication.

02
Images

Add relevant context around the wider business story.

03
Icons

Improve scannability across dense service and process content.

04

Visual quality
Premium without overdesign

The system focused on hierarchy and presentation rather than adding complexity simply to make the redesign feel different.

UX quality
Clarity stayed central

The new experience had to be easier to understand and navigate, not simply more visually impressive.

Delivery quality
Speed without visible compromise

The short timeline changed how the project was executed, but it was not allowed to become the defining quality of the finished website.

Approach outcome Parallel execution allowed the project to move quickly without turning into disconnected production.

Content, UI, development, migration and visual production remained connected throughout the engagement. That made it possible to complete a broader multi-page redesign within the approximately five-day window while still delivering a fast, usable and premium final experience.

Project duration ~5 days

A tightly coordinated redesign and development sprint across website, content, publishing and visual production.

How we worked

Lantern's short timeline required a different operating model. Vyasti quickly identified the problems in the existing site, prioritised the important messages, restructured the content, established the new visual system, developed the pages, handled content migration and blog/resource work, created graphics, imagery, icons and animations, and refined the responsive experience as production progressed. The process was compressed, but it remained structured — which allowed the final website to feel considered rather than rushed.

04 / Solution Highlights

A clearer business story, delivered through a stronger digital experience.

Lantern needed more than a visual refresh. The redesigned experience combined clearer positioning, stronger page hierarchy, premium UI, multi-page development, publishing support and custom visual assets — all inside the same fast-moving project.

Solution outcome The finished website looked more premium because the design and communication were solving the same problem.

Lantern's redesigned experience brought positioning, services, process, inner pages, blogs, resources and custom visual assets together inside one clearer digital system rather than treating them as isolated redesign tasks.

Delivery context A complete digital rebuild inside an approximately five-day project.

The compressed timeline changed the pace of execution, but it did not become the visual character of the finished website.

Solution in context

Lantern's problem could not be solved by changing colours and layouts while leaving the broader digital experience untouched. Vyasti redesigned and developed the website, improved the communication hierarchy, created multiple pages, handled content migration and blog/resource work, and produced the graphics, imagery, icons and animations required to support the new direction. The result was a more premium, coherent and usable website that better represented Lantern while still being executed within the project's approximately five-day timeline.

05 / Impact & Results

Five days later, Lantern had the digital presence its positioning required.

The project began with an existing website that was not presenting Lantern at the level the business wanted. The redesigned experience replaced that gap with a faster, clearer and more premium multi-page website supported by improved content structure, publishing work and custom visual assets.

Impact in context

Lantern entered the project with an existing website that was not presenting the business strongly enough. Vyasti redesigned and developed the digital experience, improved the content hierarchy, created multiple pages, handled migration and blog/resource work, and produced graphics, imagery, icons and animations — all within an approximately five-day project. The result was a fast, usable and more premium website that communicated Lantern more clearly while giving the business a much stronger digital presence.

06 / Website & Content System

Five days only works when the website behaves like a system.

Lantern's redesign involved far more than a new homepage. Positioning, service communication, process, proof, content, blogs, migration, visuals and development all needed to fit inside one connected structure — while the project continued moving at speed.

System principle Build the communication flow first. Let the pages follow it.

Lantern's redesign became easier to scale once the website was organised around a clear journey: understand the business, explore the offering, see how it works, build confidence, continue learning and take action.

UX
Clear despite the breadth of content

Positioning, services, process, publishing and action still needed to feel like one understandable journey.

Performance
Fast despite the richer experience

More pages, custom assets and publishing requirements still had to result in a responsive and fast final website.

System outcome Lantern gained one digital structure connecting business communication, pages, content and publishing.

The redesign brought the main business story, services, process, proof, blogs, resources and conversion paths into one coherent experience while allowing the website to be designed and developed within the project's compressed timeline.

Delivery context One connected system. Approximately five days.

The structure reduced fragmentation and gave design, content and development a shared direction throughout the build.

System in context

Lantern's redesign needed to move quickly without becoming a loose collection of newly styled pages. Vyasti connected the business positioning, service communication, process, proof, content, blogs and resources through a shared website architecture, then supported that system with content restructuring, migration, UI design, development, responsive refinement and custom graphics, imagery, icons and animations. That structure made the compressed project possible while still allowing the finished website to feel coherent, premium and considered.

Beyond the Deadline

Need the website done fast — but can't afford for it to look rushed?

Tight timelines usually expose weak decision-making: unclear messaging, inconsistent pages, unfinished content and visual compromises. Vyasti approaches fast-moving website projects as connected systems — aligning content, hierarchy, UI, development, visual production and responsive behaviour so speed does not have to become the defining quality of the final work.
