Vyasti Ecosystem

Creation, Digital, Studio and Labs — four connected layers built around one business system.

Vyasti — We build businesses as systems.
01 / Project Overview

Kula already had the website. It needed landing pages that could carry their own weight.

The core Kula website already existed. The requirement was to extend that ecosystem with additional landing and content experiences that felt premium, focused and consistent. Vyasti worked on multiple landing pages, content, migration, blog/resource experiences and custom graphics, imagery, icons and animations within an approximately five-day project.

Project context Extend the existing digital presence — without making the new pages feel separate from Kula.

Each page needed enough visual and content flexibility to tell a focused story while still feeling naturally connected to the wider Kula website.

Project duration ~5 days

Multiple landing/content pages, content work, migration, blog/resource work and supporting visual assets were handled inside a compressed delivery window.

Existing situation 01
The core Kula website was already live.

This was not a website rebuild. Kula needed additional pages for more focused digital communication while preserving the quality and familiarity of the existing website ecosystem.

Vyasti engagement 02
New landing experiences designed to work within the wider Kula presence.

The pages combined focused storytelling, stronger hierarchy, custom visuals and supporting content while remaining compatible with the brand environment they were extending.

Landing-page logic Each page needed a smaller, sharper story than the main website.

Landing pages work differently from broad company websites. Instead of explaining everything Kula does, each experience could focus attention around a particular problem, proposition or next action.

Business objective

Kula did not need Vyasti to replace its existing website. It needed additional landing experiences that could communicate more focused stories while still feeling premium and connected to the wider brand. Vyasti designed multiple landing/content pages, worked on content and migration, supported blog/resource experiences, and created graphics, imagery, icons and animations within an approximately five-day engagement. The result was a set of landing pages that worked as useful extensions of Kula's existing digital presence rather than feeling like disconnected additions.

02 / The Challenge

Every new page had to stand out — without looking like it belonged to a different company.

Kula already had an established digital presence, so the challenge was not to introduce an entirely new visual language. Vyasti needed to create focused landing experiences with stronger individual stories while keeping them connected to the existing Kula brand, content ecosystem and wider website.

Core challenge Different story. Same Kula.

Each landing page needed enough freedom to communicate a specific proposition clearly, but too much visual or structural freedom would make the new pages feel detached from the website they were supposed to extend.

01
Existing website

The main digital presence already existed. New work had to integrate rather than reset the entire experience.

02
Focused page goals

Individual landing pages needed tighter narratives than a broad company website could provide.

03
Design + content

Better visual design alone would not solve unclear page hierarchy or an unfocused story.

04
~5 day delivery

Multiple pages, content work, migration and visual production had to move within a compressed timeline.

The tension Give every page a reason to exist — without giving every page a different identity.

A landing page must be more focused than the main website, but it still needs enough brand continuity that visitors never feel they have entered an unrelated campaign or microsite.

Existing system vs. new stories The pages needed to inherit the brand — not inherit every limitation of the existing page structure.

The strongest solution had to preserve familiarity while creating enough room for sharper messaging, stronger content hierarchy and dedicated visual storytelling.

Existing website 01
Already established the wider Kula digital identity.

The new work had to respect the broader website so visitors could move between existing and newly created experiences without a noticeable break in brand continuity.

New landing pages 02
Needed sharper narratives and more focused visual communication.

Each new page had a more specific job, meaning its content and interface needed greater focus than a general website page while still belonging to the same system.

01
Brand Preserve continuity

New experiences needed to feel naturally connected to Kula.

02
Story Increase focus

Individual propositions needed stronger page-level storytelling.

03
Design Raise presentation quality

Pages had to feel premium without becoming visually disconnected.

04
Delivery Move quickly

Multiple workstreams had to progress inside approximately five days.

Story challenge A landing page cannot explain everything. It has to decide what matters most.

Landing experiences needed to reduce the wider Kula story into more focused journeys, making the hierarchy of problem, product value and action easier to understand.

01
Context

Establish quickly why the page matters to the visitor.

02
Proposition

Make the central product or campaign story easy to identify.

03
Action

Keep the page moving toward a clear next step instead of becoming a brochure.

Design challenge Premium had to feel like an extension of Kula, not a redesign of Kula.

The pages needed visual distinction without creating a second competing design language. Layout, hierarchy, supporting graphics and motion therefore had to be expressive but disciplined.

Content challenge Strong visuals could not compensate for an unclear landing-page story.

Content required restructuring so the proposition, supporting detail and next action could appear in an intentional order rather than simply filling visually attractive sections.

Beyond the landing pages The engagement also had to account for content and publishing work around the wider experience.

The project included content migration and blog/resource work, so page-level design decisions needed to coexist with deeper content and existing information rather than functioning as isolated campaign mockups.

01
Content Restructure

Improve how information is prioritised within each experience.

02
Migration Integrate

Bring required existing content into the new page structures.

03
Publishing Blogs

Support longer-form content alongside landing-page experiences.

04
Depth Resources

Keep deeper content connected to the wider Kula digital language.

Visual-production challenge Generic SaaS layouts would not be enough to make the pages feel considered.

Custom graphics, imagery, icons and animations were part of the engagement, meaning visual production needed to support actual page narratives rather than being added as decoration after the structure was complete.

Delivery pressure ~5 days

Landing pages, content work, supporting publishing, migration and visual production needed to move as connected workstreams rather than long sequential phases.

01
Understand fast Clarify what each landing experience needed to communicate.
02
Structure fast Turn the page objective into a focused information hierarchy.
03
Design fast Create premium layouts while preserving brand continuity.
04
Refine continuously Improve content and visuals while the wider page set progressed.
The real challenge Extend an established SaaS website without either copying it mechanically or breaking away from it.

The landing pages needed enough freedom to communicate focused propositions more effectively, but enough discipline that each new experience still felt naturally embedded in Kula's wider digital presence.

Project tension More focus. More polish. Same brand.

That balance had to be achieved across multiple pages, content work, publishing and custom visual production within approximately five days.

Challenge in context

Kula already had a functioning website, so Vyasti was not solving a full-site redesign problem. The challenge was to create additional premium landing experiences with more focused content and stronger visual storytelling while preserving continuity with the existing Kula ecosystem, handling content migration and blog/resource work, and producing graphics, imagery, icons and animations within an approximately five-day engagement. The goal was simple to describe but difficult to balance: every new page needed to feel valuable on its own while still unmistakably belonging to Kula.

03 / Our Approach

We didn't start with layout. We started with what each landing page needed to make clear.

Kula already had a broader digital presence, so every new page needed a sharper purpose rather than another general explanation of the company. We approached each landing experience by defining its goal, shaping the story, prioritising content and then translating that structure into UI, supporting visuals and the final page.

Approach principle Start with the conversion story, then design the page around it.

A landing page becomes weaker when interface decisions are made before the message is clear. We first established what the visitor needed to understand, what supporting information mattered and what the page should ultimately move toward.

01
Define the page job

Clarify what the individual landing experience needed to accomplish.

02
Build the narrative

Decide what visitors needed to understand first, second and next.

03
Protect brand continuity

Create enough visual flexibility without separating the pages from Kula.

04
Design around real content

Use graphics, icons, imagery and motion to support the actual page story.

Landing-page architecture The production process followed the logic of the page, not the other way around.

Each landing experience was treated as a focused communication system. The objective and content hierarchy came first, then the interface and visual layer were built around those decisions.

01
Objective Page Goal

Establish what the specific landing experience needed to achieve.

02
Narrative Story

Identify the problem, context, proposition and direction of the page.

03
Priority Content

Determine what deserved prominence and what could support deeper reading.

04
Structure Hierarchy

Turn the content into a deliberate sequence of sections and decisions.

05
Interface UI

Translate the hierarchy into premium page-level digital experiences.

06
Communication Visuals

Create graphics, imagery, icons and animation where the page needed support.

07
Quality Refine

Improve content, visual balance and responsive behaviour as pages evolved.

08
Output Deliver

Complete the required page, content and supporting publishing work.

Step 01 / Page goal Before asking how a page should look, we asked what it needed to do.

The main Kula website could carry the broader company story. A landing page needed a narrower objective and therefore a more selective information hierarchy.

01
Who is arriving? Understand the likely context of the visitor entering the page.
02
What should be clear? Identify the central proposition the visitor should understand quickly.
03
What supports it? Determine which capabilities, proof and explanations strengthen the story.
04
What happens next? Keep the overall page moving toward a clear next action.
Step 02 / Story design The page became a sequence of decisions rather than a stack of attractive sections.

The content was organised so the visitor could move from context into the central proposition, understand the relevant capability, gain confidence and then reach the next action without every section competing equally.

01 Problem
02 Context
03 Solution
04 Capability
05 Proof
06 Action
Step 03 / Content hierarchy Not every message deserved the same visual weight.

Content and design were handled together so important ideas could lead, supporting detail could remain accessible and the overall page could avoid becoming a long collection of equally loud sections.

01
Lead Core proposition

Give the page one unmistakable central message.

02
Support Product context

Explain the capability needed to make the proposition credible.

03
Confidence Proof & detail

Give visitors enough supporting information without overwhelming the page.

04
Direction Next action

Ensure the page does not lose momentum after explaining the proposition.

Step 04 / Brand continuity New pages needed more flexibility — not a second design language.

The existing Kula presence acted as the wider context. New landing experiences could introduce different compositions and stronger page-specific storytelling while preserving enough common visual logic to remain recognisably connected.

01
Familiar structure

Maintain visual behaviours that keep new experiences inside the same ecosystem.

02
Flexible composition

Allow individual stories to use different layouts where the content required it.

03
Consistent polish

Ensure new landing pages matched the premium level expected from Kula.

04
Shared identity

Keep every new experience recognisable as part of the same wider brand.

Step 05 / Visual communication Supporting visuals were created around what the page needed to explain.

Graphics, imagery, icons and animations were treated as communication tools. Their role was to strengthen the hierarchy, clarify product or story moments and make individual landing pages feel more considered.

01 Graphics
02 Images
03 Icons
04 Animations
Content migration Existing information had to fit the new page logic rather than dictate it.

Where required, content could be migrated into the new structures while being reorganised around the hierarchy and purpose of the individual page.

Blogs & resources The wider content ecosystem remained part of the engagement.

Blog and resource work extended the engagement beyond isolated landing-page layouts, ensuring deeper content could remain connected to the wider Kula digital experience.

Compressed execution Approximately five days meant thinking and production had to stay connected.

The process remained structured, but page strategy, content, visual design, asset creation, migration and refinement could not operate as long separate stages.

01
Understand Clarify the page objective

Establish what each individual experience needed to communicate.

02
Structure Build the story

Turn the objective into a focused landing-page hierarchy.

03
Design Create the experience

Translate the hierarchy into a premium interface connected to Kula.

04
Visualise Produce supporting assets

Build graphics, images, icons and animations around real page needs.

05
Content Refine page messaging

Improve the relationship between written content and visual hierarchy.

06
Migration Bring required material forward

Integrate existing content where the new experience required it.

07
Refine Improve the whole page

Adjust content, hierarchy and visual balance as the page progressed.

08
Deliver Complete the experience

Finalise the required landing and supporting content work.

Parallel execution Page quality came from workstreams influencing one another continuously.

Content shaped interface decisions, visual production responded to actual page needs, and refinements could happen while the wider page set continued progressing.

01
Story + content Shape the narrative while determining what information deserved emphasis.
02
Hierarchy + UI Let page structure inform layout rather than forcing content into preset blocks.
03
UI + visual assets Build graphics and supporting visuals around actual interface requirements.
04
Content + refinement Improve messaging and visual balance together instead of treating them separately.
Approach outcome Every new page could tell a more focused story without losing its connection to the wider Kula website.

By starting with page purpose and content hierarchy, the landing experiences gained enough individual character to communicate specific propositions while remaining visually and structurally connected to Kula.

Project duration ~5 days

Landing-page design, content work, migration, blog/resource work and custom visual production delivered within a compressed engagement.

How we worked

Kula's existing website meant the project did not need a new brand system from zero. Vyasti approached each required landing experience by first clarifying the page objective, shaping the story and prioritising content, then building the information hierarchy, UI and custom visual layer around that structure while supporting migration and blog/resource work. This allowed individual pages to communicate more focused stories while remaining naturally connected to Kula's wider digital presence within an approximately five-day engagement.

04 / Solution Highlights

Focused pages for focused SaaS stories.

Kula's core website already handled the broader company story. The new landing experiences created room for more focused narratives — giving individual propositions clearer hierarchy, stronger visual communication and dedicated destinations while remaining connected to the wider Kula digital presence.

Delivery context Multiple landing and content experiences in approximately five days.

Page design, content work, migration, blogs/resources and custom graphics, imagery, icons and animations were handled within the same compressed engagement.

Solution in context

Kula did not need another broad company website. It needed focused landing experiences capable of carrying more specific stories while remaining visually connected to the digital presence that already existed. Vyasti worked across page hierarchy, UI/UX, content, migration, blogs/resources and custom graphics, imagery, icons and animations to create those additional experiences. The result was a set of premium landing pages that could stand on their own when communicating a focused proposition without feeling like they belonged to a different company.

05 / Impact & Results

Kula gained landing experiences that extended the website without diluting it.

The engagement was not about replacing Kula's existing digital presence. It was about adding premium landing and content experiences that could communicate focused stories, work within the existing ecosystem and support additional content, migration and publishing requirements.

Worked Well

The required landing pages were completed and worked as intended.

Before Vyasti 01
Kula already had a website, but additional focused landing experiences were needed.

The requirement was not a complete redesign. New pages needed to support more specific digital stories while fitting into an already established SaaS presence.

After the engagement 02
Kula had additional premium pages capable of carrying more focused propositions.

The new experiences combined page-level storytelling, content hierarchy, visual production and supporting publishing work while remaining connected to the wider Kula ecosystem.

Project impact The value came from extending an existing system intelligently.

Kula did not need more pages simply for the sake of having more pages. Each new experience needed a defined role, focused content and enough visual quality to function as a useful extension of the main website.

01
Extension More focused destinations

Additional pages gave specific stories dedicated digital space.

02
Clarity Stronger page hierarchy

Important messages could lead instead of competing equally.

03
Continuity Same wider brand

New pages remained visually connected to the Kula ecosystem.

04
Delivery Usable final pages

The required landing experiences were completed and worked well.

Landing-page value The new pages gave focused ideas more room to breathe.

Rather than forcing every proposition into the broad main website, dedicated landing experiences created clearer pathways for individual stories, capabilities and supporting information.

01
Focus Each page could communicate a narrower proposition more clearly.
02
Hierarchy Content could be structured around the job of the individual page.
03
Visual quality Custom graphics and supporting assets strengthened presentation.
04
Continuity New experiences still felt part of the wider Kula presence.
Content & publishing result The engagement extended beyond page design into the surrounding content ecosystem.

Content work, migration and blog/resource support meant the project could address both focused landing-page communication and deeper publishing requirements within the same engagement.

Delivery result A compressed timeline still produced a coherent set of landing and content experiences.

Page strategy, content, visual production, migration and publishing support were coordinated closely enough for the final output to feel intentional rather than like disconnected additions produced under time pressure.

Project duration ~5 days

Multiple landing/content pages, content work, migration, blog/resource support and custom visual production completed inside one compressed engagement.

Verified outcome Kula received premium landing pages that were completed, usable and worked well.

Vyasti extended Kula's existing website through additional landing/content experiences while also supporting content migration, blogs/resources and custom graphics, imagery, icons and animations.

Public context Kula's wider digital presence remains live.

The public website provides context for the established Kula brand environment that the additional landing experiences were designed to extend rather than replace.

Impact in context

Kula entered the engagement with an existing website and a need for additional focused landing experiences. Vyasti designed multiple premium landing/content pages, worked on content and migration, supported blogs/resources, and created graphics, imagery, icons and animations inside an approximately five-day project. The result was not a replacement website, but a stronger set of page-level experiences that worked well, carried more focused stories and extended Kula's existing digital ecosystem without feeling disconnected from it.

06 / Landing Page System

Consistency in the system. Flexibility in the story.

Kula's landing pages needed to communicate different propositions without becoming a collection of unrelated campaign experiences. We used a shared page logic for hierarchy, visual quality and brand continuity while allowing the content and composition of each page to change according to its specific story.

System principle Reuse the logic — not the exact page.

A scalable landing-page system should not force every proposition into the same template. The repeatable part was the communication logic: establish relevance, explain the solution, support it with proof and guide the visitor toward action.

Page intent system Every landing page began with a specific job.

The wider Kula website already carried the broad company narrative. Landing pages worked best when they were more selective — focusing on a particular proposition, use case, content requirement or campaign story.

Page objective Decide the job before deciding the sections.

Once the purpose of a page was clear, the information hierarchy could become much more deliberate and the interface could be designed around a real communication objective.

01
Audience context Understand why someone is likely to arrive on the page.
02
Main proposition Define the single idea that should become unmistakably clear.
03
Supporting depth Determine the product detail, context or proof required underneath.
04
Intended action Keep the experience moving toward a deliberate next step.
Layer 01 / Relevance
Establish the problem

The opening experience needed to make clear why the proposition mattered before asking visitors to absorb feature or product detail.

Layer 02 / Explanation
Connect problem to capability

Product and feature information could then explain how the relevant Kula proposition addressed the context established earlier in the page.

Layer 03 / Confidence
Support the next action

Proof, deeper information and closing sections gave the page enough confidence-building detail before moving toward its final action.

Content hierarchy Information was organised by importance, not by how much of it existed.

Landing pages became clearer when the central proposition could lead, supporting explanation could sit underneath it and deeper details could remain available without competing for equal visual attention.

01
Primary message

The core proposition receives the strongest visual priority.

02
Supporting explanation

Product context, feature detail and additional information build understanding.

03
Proof & depth

Supporting content adds confidence without overpowering the main narrative.

Production system The landing-page story continued all the way into production.

Content, hierarchy, interface design and visual assets were treated as connected workstreams. Migration, responsive refinement and publishing then completed the path from information to usable page.

System in context

Kula already had a broader website system, so the job was not to create a second one. Vyasti used a repeatable landing-page architecture built around problem, context, solution, capability, proof and action, then connected that experience to content hierarchy, UI, graphics, migration, responsive refinement and publishing. The result was a set of landing experiences that could remain consistent in quality and brand while still adapting their structure and visual storytelling to the needs of each page.
