Vyasti Ecosystem

Creation, Digital, Studio and Labs — four connected layers built around one business system.

Vyasti — We build businesses as systems.
01 / Project Overview

The technology was already ambitious. The website needed to catch up.

The KaleidEO website redesign became a complete rescue and rebuild — bringing UI/UX, development, motion, illustrations, content and SEO together into one launch-ready digital experience.

Mission / Digital Recovery
Rebuilt by Vyasti
We inherited a website in trouble — and rebuilt it for a company building technology for space.

A previous agency had already worked on the website, but the resulting experience needed significant correction. Vyasti stepped in to recover the project, improve the design and rebuild the digital foundation around KaleidEO's technology and business goals.

Business objective

The website needed to do more than explain sophisticated SpaceTech products. It had to strengthen credibility with enterprise buyers and investors, make the technology easier to understand, support recruitment and give KaleidEO a stronger digital presence for its next stage of growth and launch.

Enterprise leads Investor credibility Product clarity Recruitment Launch readiness
02 / The Challenge

We were not starting from zero. We were recovering a project already in trouble.

KaleidEO needed a website capable of presenting advanced SpaceTech products with confidence. But the first task was fixing what had already gone wrong. The project arrived with implementation, design and experience issues that had to be resolved while moving toward launch.

Project condition / Handover
Recovery required
The existing implementation could not simply be polished and shipped.

Work completed before Vyasti had left the website difficult to take forward cleanly. Structure, responsiveness, visual execution and several experience decisions needed correction before the platform could properly represent KaleidEO.

01 Recovery
Repairing an inherited implementation

The team had to understand what could be retained, what needed correction and what should be rebuilt without allowing previous issues to dictate the new experience.

02 Clarity
Explaining complex SpaceTech products simply

Highly technical products and capabilities had to remain credible to expert audiences while becoming easier for enterprise buyers, investors and broader stakeholders to understand.

03 Motion
Making unusual animation ideas work responsively

Motion, graphics and visual storytelling had to feel purposeful rather than decorative — while continuing to behave reliably across desktop, tablet and mobile.

04 Delivery
Compressing multiple workstreams into one month

UI/UX refinement, development, content, illustrations, graphics, animations, integrations, SEO and stakeholder review all had to progress within the same delivery window.

Delivery pressure What had to move together
01 Multiple stakeholder inputs
02 Heavy visual production
03 Responsive motion behaviour
04 Integrations & launch readiness
The real challenge

This was not a conventional design-to-development handoff. The project required recovery, redesign, technical correction, content decisions, visual production and launch preparation to happen together. Every improvement also had to support KaleidEO's wider goals: stronger enterprise credibility, investor confidence, clearer product communication and a better platform for recruitment.

03 / Our Approach

Recovery came first. Then we rebuilt toward launch.

The KaleidEO website redesign could not follow a conventional design-then-development process. Existing problems had to be stabilised while product communication, UI/UX, content, motion and technical delivery continued moving forward.

Execution principle
Fix what was blocking progress. Build the new experience around what the business actually needed.

Rather than trying to preserve every previous decision, Vyasti evaluated the existing work pragmatically — retaining what was useful, correcting what was weak and rebuilding areas that could not support the final experience.

01 Recover before expanding
02 Simplify technical communication
03 Design motion with purpose
04 Review continuously while building
Recovery-to-launch sequence Six connected stages

Each stage informed the next, but several moved in parallel to protect the one-month delivery window.

01
Stabilise

Audit the inherited implementation and identify what could stay, what needed correction and what had to be rebuilt.

02
Simplify

Rework product communication so technical information remained credible without becoming unnecessarily difficult to understand.

03
Refine

Improve UI/UX, hierarchy, responsiveness and page composition as the real content and product requirements became clearer.

04
Create

Produce supporting illustrations, graphics, icons, visual assets and content required to explain the technology more effectively.

05
Animate

Translate key storytelling moments into motion while keeping performance and responsive behaviour part of the implementation.

06
Validate & launch

Test responsive behaviour, integrations, content, SEO foundations and implementation quality before preparing the experience for launch.

How we worked

Design was not treated as a frozen handoff. UI/UX decisions continued to evolve during development wherever the inherited structure, responsive behaviour or real content exposed a better solution.

Content, graphics, illustrations, animations, SEO work and development also progressed together. That parallel workflow made it possible to recover the project and deliver more than 18 pages in roughly one month.

04 / Solution Highlights

The website stopped feeling like a repair job. It started representing the ambition of the company.

The solution went beyond rebuilding pages. Vyasti reshaped how KaleidEO's technology was explained, visualised and experienced across UI/UX, content, motion, illustrations, responsive behaviour and search foundations.

Solution in context

KaleidEO needed different audiences to reach different conclusions from the same website. Enterprise buyers needed product confidence, investors needed credibility, candidates needed ambition and the wider market needed to understand what the company was actually building. The final experience was designed to support all four without fragmenting the brand or the product story.

05 / Impact & Results

From recovery mode to a website ready to represent the next stage of KaleidEO.

The KaleidEO website redesign resulted in more than a cleaner interface. The project produced a faster, clearer and more credible digital experience designed to support enterprise conversations, investors, hiring and organic discovery.

Result in context

The strongest result was the shift in what the website was capable of doing for the business. The KaleidEO website redesign moved from an inherited implementation requiring significant correction to a coordinated digital platform spanning more than 18 pages, custom visual assets, motion, content and SEO. It gave KaleidEO a more credible platform for enterprise conversations, investors, recruitment and future growth.

06 / Technology & Delivery

The experience needed more than pages. It needed a delivery system that could hold everything together.

For the KaleidEO website redesign, responsive development, motion, visual assets, content, SEO, integrations, performance and QA had to operate as parts of the same production system — not separate finishing steps.

Technical principle
Production system
Build the experience and its technical behaviour together.

A visually ambitious SpaceTech website could not rely on design alone. Motion, responsive behaviour, performance, content structures and integrations all had to survive real production conditions.

01 Experience
Responsive front-end system

Layouts were engineered to remain coherent across desktop, tablet and mobile while supporting complex visual compositions.

02 Motion
Motion built into the experience

Animation behaviour was treated as part of the interface system and adapted around responsive and performance requirements.

03 Content
Reusable content structures

Page patterns helped different technology, company and content journeys remain consistent across more than 18 pages.

04 Quality
Performance & continuous QA

Speed, responsive testing, visual checks and implementation refinement progressed alongside development rather than after it.

01
Responsive Development Experience layer

Page structures, visual compositions and interface behaviour were refined across desktop, tablet and mobile to keep the experience reliable at different screen sizes.

Production
02
Motion System Interaction layer

Unusual animation requirements were translated into production behaviour while balancing visual impact, usability, responsiveness and performance.

Integrated
03
Visual Asset System Communication layer

Graphics, illustrations, icons and supporting imagery were created and integrated to help explain technical products without relying on text alone.

Custom
04
SEO & Content Structure Discovery layer

Content organisation, page hierarchy and search considerations were incorporated into the rebuilt experience to create a stronger organic foundation.

SEO-ready
05
Integrations & QA Delivery layer

Required integrations, responsive checks, content review, visual verification and performance refinement were handled as part of the same delivery workflow.

Continuous
Delivery architecture Six connected layers

02 Reusable page patterns
03 Motion behaviour
04 Visual asset system
05 SEO & content structure
06 Performance & QA
Technical outcome

The technical approach allowed the wider KaleidEO website redesign to combine more than 18 pages, complex responsive layouts, motion, custom visual assets, content, SEO and integrations within roughly one month. Instead of treating performance and QA as final-stage corrections, they remained part of the build throughout the project.
