Vyasti — We build businesses as systems.
01 / Project Overview

From no website to a complete digital product ecosystem.

FleetPanda needed more than a premium homepage. It needed a digital presence capable of explaining a complex B2B platform, supporting an expanding set of pages and becoming a home for ongoing content. Vyasti designed and developed the website from the ground up, delivered the initial foundation quickly and continued expanding the experience over an approximately one-year engagement.

Engagement A website foundation designed to keep expanding.

What began with the need for a premium digital presence developed into a long-term design and development engagement covering new pages, content, resources and visual assets.

Engagement duration ~1 year

Initial website delivery was followed by continued page creation, design work, development, blog and resource work, content migration and ongoing visual production.

Before Vyasti 01
A sophisticated technology business without a website to explain it.

FleetPanda did not yet have an owned website capable of presenting the company, communicating its platform or giving prospective customers a structured way to understand the product.

After the engagement 02
A premium, multi-page digital ecosystem built to grow with the product.

The completed website could support product communication, multiple page types, business-focused content, blogs, resources and continued digital expansion without reducing the experience to a single static launch.

Engagement evolution Foundation first. Expansion followed.

FleetPanda became a longer-term engagement because the website needed to keep pace as more product communication, pages and content requirements were introduced.

01
Start No website

Establish the first proper digital presence for the company.

02
Phase 01 Fast foundation

Design and develop the priority pages within the first delivery window.

03
Expansion More pages

Extend the digital presence as the communication needs became broader.

04
Ecosystem Content & resources

Support blogs, resources and content migration alongside the evolving website.

Phase 01 / Foundation Speed
The initial site needed to move quickly without looking rushed.

One of the defining challenges was creating and designing the required first-phase pages within a short delivery period. The approach therefore had to establish enough visual and structural consistency early for later expansion to remain manageable.

Ongoing / Scale ~1 year
Once the foundation existed, the system had to support continued growth.

Additional pages, blogs, resources, content migration and new visual requirements continued through the engagement, turning the project into an evolving digital platform rather than a one-time website build.

Website ecosystem A complex platform needed more than one level of explanation.

The website needed room for FleetPanda's broader platform story as well as deeper pages capable of communicating individual capabilities, use cases, proof and educational content.

01
Core website Establish the primary digital presence and company story.
02
Product pages Give individual platform capabilities more room to be understood.
03
Business-focused pages Structure communication around different operational needs.
04
Blogs & resources Extend the website into an ongoing content destination.
Content operations The website kept growing after the core pages were delivered.

FleetPanda included content migration and blog/resource work, so the engagement extended beyond designing static marketing pages. The digital presence had to accommodate new content while remaining visually and structurally consistent.

Performance
Fast website experience

The final site was delivered with speed and performance as part of the practical quality of the experience.

Experience

Business objective

FleetPanda began without a website and needed a premium digital presence capable of representing a sophisticated B2B technology platform. Vyasti designed and developed the initial website, created the graphics, imagery, icons and animations supporting the experience, then continued working across new pages, blogs, resources and content migration during an approximately one-year engagement. The result was not simply a website launch, but a broader digital foundation that could continue expanding while maintaining a fast experience and strong UX.

02 / The Challenge

The first challenge was speed. The larger challenge was scale.

FleetPanda was not replacing an outdated website. It was starting without one. The first priority was to create the initial premium digital presence quickly. As the engagement continued, the challenge shifted toward supporting many more pages, blogs, resources and content requirements without allowing the experience to become fragmented.

Core challenge Build quickly enough for Phase 1 — but intelligently enough for everything that came after.

FleetPanda needed its first website foundation in a short delivery window. That meant the early design decisions could not be temporary. They needed enough structure to support a much larger digital presence as the engagement evolved.

01
No existing website

There was no previous digital foundation to refine, reorganise or visually upgrade. The experience had to be established from the beginning.

02
Complex B2B product

The website needed to make a sophisticated operational software platform understandable without reducing the product story to generic SaaS messaging.

03
Fast Phase 1

Priority pages had to be designed and developed within a compressed first-phase timeline while maintaining a premium experience.

04
Long-term expansion

The project continued for approximately one year, adding pages, blogs, resources and migrated content around the original foundation.

Starting condition There was no legacy website — but there was also no existing system to inherit.

Starting from zero gave Vyasti design freedom, but it also meant every foundational decision mattered: hierarchy, page logic, visual language, interaction patterns and the way future content would fit into the experience.

01 / Presence
Nothing to redesign

The task began with creating the digital presence itself, rather than improving an existing interface.

02 / Perception
Premium from day one

FleetPanda wanted the site to immediately feel polished enough to represent the quality and seriousness of the product.

03 / Foundation
Built for unknown future pages

The first system needed to remain useful even as the website later expanded beyond the original launch scope.

Immediate challenge Phase 01
Create the first pages without the luxury of a long design cycle.

The initial priority pages needed to move quickly. That put pressure on architecture, design and development decisions because there was less room for slow experimentation before the first version needed to take shape.

Long-term challenge Scale
Keep expanding without making every new page feel like a new website.

Once the engagement continued, the challenge changed. Product pages, business-focused pages, blogs and resources all had to feel related to the same FleetPanda experience.

Phase 01 pressure Speed could not become an excuse for weak foundations.

The early pages needed to establish enough structure, hierarchy and visual consistency to support a premium launch while leaving room for continued design and development.

01
Prioritise Determine what the first website experience needed immediately.
02
Systemise Establish patterns that could be reused rather than rebuilt.
03
Design Maintain premium visual quality despite the compressed timeline.
04
Develop Turn the system into a working website without slowing the release.
01
Product Explain a complex platform

Translate operational software into clearer digital communication.

02
Audience Support different needs

Create enough depth for different product and operational contexts.

03
Hierarchy Avoid information overload

Keep large amounts of B2B information understandable and navigable.

04
Perception Still feel premium

Product depth could not turn the website into dry documentation.

Scale pressure Every new requirement increased the importance of the original system.

The engagement expanded beyond the first launch. The website had to accommodate new page types and ongoing content without losing the consistency already established.

Expansion What kept growing

03 Business pages
04 Blogs
05 Resources
Content challenge The website had to become a publishing environment, not just a collection of marketing pages.

Content migration, blog work and resource pages meant the site needed to support ongoing publishing as well as core product communication. New content had to fit the visual and structural system instead of feeling bolted on afterward.

03 Resource Pages
04 New Page Types
05 Ongoing Publishing
Consistency challenge More pages create more opportunities for a website to lose its identity.

The longer the engagement continued, the more important it became to preserve a recognisable FleetPanda experience across different content and page requirements.

01
Typography Maintain hierarchy across very different content depths.
02
Layout logic Reuse patterns without making every page repetitive.
03
Visual assets Keep graphics, images, icons and animation aligned.
04
Navigation & UX Help users move through an increasingly larger website.
UX pressure
More content, without more confusion

As the site expanded, navigation and page hierarchy had to keep the experience understandable.

Performance pressure
Growth without a slow experience

More pages, content and visual assets still needed to coexist with the requirement for a fast-performing website.

Visual pressure
Technical without becoming generic

The website had to explain software clearly while still presenting FleetPanda through a distinctive premium visual experience.

The real design tension Build for what FleetPanda needed now without limiting what the website might need next.

Phase 1 demanded speed. The following months demanded flexibility. The website therefore needed to work in two modes at once: deliver the immediate business requirement and remain structurally useful as new pages, content and visual requirements continued to arrive.

Engagement duration ~1 year

What began as an initial website requirement became an extended design and development relationship involving continued page creation, content migration, blogs and resources.

Challenge in context

FleetPanda began without an existing website and needed the first version of its premium digital presence created quickly. The immediate challenge was designing and developing the initial pages within a compressed Phase 1 timeline. The larger challenge emerged over the approximately one-year engagement as more pages, blogs, resources, migrated content and custom graphics, images, icons and animations had to be incorporated without sacrificing UX, visual consistency or website speed. The project therefore required a foundation that could solve the launch problem without becoming the limitation on everything FleetPanda wanted to build afterward.

03 / Our Approach

Move fast for the first launch. Build intelligently for everything after it.

The FleetPanda engagement needed two different operating rhythms. Phase 1 required prioritisation and speed. The months that followed required a flexible system capable of absorbing new pages, migrated content, blogs, resources and custom visual work without losing consistency.

Approach principle Build the first version quickly. Never treat it as temporary.

The initial website had to solve an immediate business need, but every early decision was made with the expectation that more pages and content would follow. That changed the approach from designing isolated pages to building a reusable digital foundation.

01
Prioritise what mattered first

Focus Phase 1 on the pages and communication required for the initial presence.

02
Establish reusable patterns early

Create enough design logic for future pages to feel related rather than improvised.

03
Expand without redesigning everything

New requirements could build on the foundation instead of restarting the experience.

04
Keep UX and performance in the system

Growth could not be allowed to make the website confusing or unnecessarily heavy.

Phase 01 / Foundation First, create the premium website FleetPanda needed immediately.

The first phase was handled as a focused sequence: define what mattered, organise the information, establish the visual direction, develop the experience and get the initial site into a usable state quickly.

Phase 01 Foundation

Establish the first premium digital presence without creating future limitations.

01
Prioritise Define the first-page set

Focus effort on the most important requirements for the initial release.

02
Architect Structure the information

Organise the platform story so complex information could be consumed more clearly.

03
Design Establish the premium system

Create the visual direction, layouts and reusable patterns for the website.

04
Develop Turn design into experience

Build the approved interfaces into the functioning website.

05
Deliver Establish Phase 1

Put the first usable digital foundation in place for continued expansion.

Foundation logic Early design decisions had to do more than solve one page.

Layouts, hierarchy and visual patterns were developed so the website could later support deeper product communication, different page types and ongoing content without every new requirement becoming a custom exception.

01
Page hierarchy Give complex product information a more predictable reading structure.
02
Reusable layouts Create repeatable logic without making every page look identical.
03
Visual language Maintain consistent treatment across graphics, imagery, icons and motion.
04
UX continuity Keep the expanding site understandable as content depth increased.
Ongoing / Expansion Then the website became a system that kept receiving new requirements.

Over the wider engagement, Vyasti continued creating new pages, handling content migration, supporting blogs and resources and creating the visual assets required to keep the expanding site coherent.

Ongoing Scale

Grow the website without breaking the visual and structural system already established.

01
Expand Add new pages

Extend the website as FleetPanda required more ways to explain its platform.

02
Migrate Bring content into the system

Handle migration work while fitting content into the established experience.

03
Publish Support blogs & resources

Extend the website beyond static pages into an ongoing content environment.

04
Create Build new visual assets

Produce graphics, imagery, icons and animations needed by new pages.

05
Refine Maintain the experience

Keep new additions aligned with the broader website rather than treating them independently.

01
Core Company pages

Establish the overarching product and business story.

02
Product Capability pages

Give individual areas of the platform enough room for deeper explanation.

03
Market Business-focused pages

Organise messaging around the operational contexts the product serves.

04
Content Blogs & resources

Make publishing part of the same digital ecosystem rather than an isolated section.

Content approach Content migration was treated as part of the experience, not just a transfer task.

Blog and resource work introduced different content depths and page behaviours. The approach was to fit those materials into the wider site logic so the publishing side of FleetPanda remained visually connected to the product and marketing experience.

01 Migrate
02 Structure
03 Design
04 Publish
05 Maintain
Visual production New pages often needed new visual material to explain the product properly.

Rather than relying only on interface screenshots or generic stock assets, Vyasti created supporting graphics, images, icons and animations as the website evolved.

01
Graphics

Support technical concepts with clearer visual communication.

02
Images

Build more relevant visual context around pages and sections.

03
Icons

Make feature communication easier to scan across dense pages.

04
Animations

Introduce motion where it could improve explanation or presentation.

UX
Keep complexity understandable

Page hierarchy and navigation needed to remain clear even as the amount of information increased.

Performance
Keep growth from becoming weight

The expanding website still needed to preserve the fast experience expected from the final site.

Consistency
Keep one recognisable system

Product pages, blogs, resources and visual assets needed to feel like FleetPanda rather than separate mini-projects.

Approach outcome The website could move quickly at the beginning without becoming fragile later.

The initial foundation solved the immediate need for a premium website, while the ongoing design and development approach allowed FleetPanda to keep adding pages, resources, migrated content and supporting visual assets throughout the engagement.

Engagement ~1 year

A focused first phase evolved into continued website design, development, content migration, publishing support and visual production.

How we worked

FleetPanda required an approach that could operate at two very different speeds. Vyasti first prioritised the immediate website requirements, organised the information architecture, established the premium visual system and developed the Phase 1 experience. As the engagement continued, that same foundation was used to support new pages, content migration, blogs, resources, graphics, images, icons and animations. The result was a website process designed not only around launching FleetPanda's first digital presence, but around supporting the larger website it continued becoming.

04 / Solution Highlights

One website foundation. Many ways to explain the product.

Extended engagement Website + Pages + Content + Visual Assets.

What started as the creation of FleetPanda's first premium website became an approximately one-year digital engagement supporting continued expansion.

Solution in context

FleetPanda did not need a single marketing page dressed up as a complete website. Vyasti created the core digital experience, developed the website, expanded it across product and business-focused pages, supported content migration and ongoing blog/resource work, and created the graphics, imagery, icons and animations required by the growing platform story. The solution was therefore not defined by one launch screen, but by a website system capable of supporting continued product communication and content growth over the wider engagement.

05 / Impact & Results

The result was not one website launch. It was a digital presence that kept growing.

FleetPanda began without a website and needed its first premium digital presence established quickly. The completed engagement produced a fast, usable website that continued expanding across new pages, blogs, resources, migrated content and custom visual assets over approximately one year.

Primary transformation Website live
FleetPanda went from having no website to having a complete digital foundation for the product.

Scale result The initial website did not become obsolete when the scope expanded.

Because the early system was structured for reuse, the wider engagement could continue across additional website pages, blogs, resources, migrated content and supporting visual assets rather than forcing the project into repeated redesigns.

Engagement duration ~1 year

The continued relationship allowed the website to evolve far beyond the original first-phase requirement.

Content impact The website became somewhere FleetPanda could continue publishing.

Blog, resource and migration work extended the site beyond product marketing alone. The digital presence could support ongoing information and educational content as part of the same system.

01

Impact in context

FleetPanda began the engagement without a website. Vyasti established the initial premium digital presence, designed and developed the core website, continued expanding it across additional product and business-focused pages, handled content migration and blog/resource work, and created the graphics, imagery, icons and animations required along the way. The most meaningful result was therefore not a single launch metric. It was the creation of a fast, usable and scalable digital foundation that continued supporting FleetPanda as the website grew throughout the approximately one-year engagement.

06 / Website System & Content Architecture

A website this large cannot be managed as a collection of individual pages.

FleetPanda's website continued expanding throughout the engagement. The underlying solution therefore had to organise product communication, business-focused pages, customer proof, publishing and ongoing content inside one connected architecture.

Architecture principle Every new page should make the website larger — not messier.

The system needed enough consistency to keep FleetPanda recognisable while still allowing different product, business and resource pages to communicate in different ways.

Page architecture Different page types. One recognisable FleetPanda system.

The solution was not to force every page into exactly the same template. It was to create enough shared logic that different content requirements could still feel like parts of the same website.

01

Establish the primary narrative and overall product proposition.

02
Product Capability pages

Give individual software capabilities more depth and explanation.

03

Reusable design logic Consistency came from patterns, not copy-and-paste pages.

Reusable layout logic helped new pages enter the system more efficiently while still allowing each page to respond to its specific amount of content and product story.

01
Hierarchy Predictable reading structure across dense technical pages.
02
Sections Reusable page logic without forcing identical compositions.
03
Visual language Shared treatment across graphics, icons, imagery and motion.
04
UX patterns Familiar interactions and navigation as the site expanded.
Content architecture Product marketing and publishing had to live inside the same digital ecosystem.

Blogs and resource content introduced very different information depths from core product pages. The system had to support both without making the publishing side feel like a separate website.

01
Product Content

Structured pages for platform positioning, features and operational communication.

02
Resource Content

Dedicated structures for deeper educational and supporting material.

03
Blog Publishing

Ongoing articles could enter the site while retaining the wider FleetPanda design language.

Delivery engine The website kept growing because the workflow could keep repeating.

Over the approximately one-year engagement, FleetPanda repeatedly needed new content, new pages and supporting visuals. The delivery model had to support that evolution without restarting the design process every time.

Scale logic The real test of the system came after the initial site was already live.

New requirements continued arriving during the wider engagement. The website therefore needed to absorb additional pages and content without repeatedly breaking its own design logic.

01

UX
Growth without navigation chaos

The increasing amount of content still needed to remain understandable and easy to move through.

Performance
More content without unnecessary weight

The final website still needed to deliver the fast experience expected from the project.

Consistency
More pages without brand fragmentation

New product, business and resource content continued to feel like FleetPanda rather than independent mini-sites.

System outcome FleetPanda gained a website structure that could support both product depth and ongoing publishing.

The site could evolve from the original Phase 1 foundation into a much larger digital presence while continuing to support new pages, migrated content, blogs, resources and visual assets inside the same broader experience.

Engagement scale One foundation. Approximately one year of evolution.

The architecture allowed the website to keep growing rather than becoming obsolete after the initial launch.

System in context

FleetPanda's website ultimately needed to support far more than the first set of pages. Vyasti structured the digital experience around a scalable hierarchy of core brand communication, platform and capability pages, business-focused content, proof, blogs and resources, while supporting content migration and creating the graphics, imagery, icons and animations required by new pages. That system made continued expansion possible without allowing each new requirement to become an isolated design problem.
