Vyasti Ecosystem

Creation, Digital, Studio and Labs — four connected layers built around one business system.

Vyasti — We build businesses as systems.
01 / Project Overview

The Evotix website redesign became a complete enterprise rebuild.

The Evotix website redesign went far beyond visual changes. The project had to simplify product communication, improve enterprise journeys and create a scalable foundation for a large content ecosystem.

The business had grown. The website needed to catch up.

A large enterprise platform, extensive content and a compressed timeline turned the project into much more than a conventional redesign.

Business objective

Build a clearer enterprise experience that strengthens product communication, positioning, conversion journeys and the foundation for organic growth.

02 / The Challenge

The Evotix website redesign had to solve more than an outdated interface.

The existing website no longer matched the maturity of Evotix's enterprise offering. Product communication, content structure and user journeys all needed attention while the new experience was being delivered under a highly compressed timeline.

Core challenge
Rebuild the experience without slowing the business down.

The project involved far more than rebuilding pages. Design decisions, development, content migration, visual creation, responsive review and quality assurance had to progress together.

01
An outdated digital experience

The website no longer reflected the maturity, scale and enterprise positioning of the business.

02
Complex product communication

Multiple solutions and enterprise use cases needed clearer journeys and easier navigation.

03
A large content ecosystem

Existing blogs and supporting content had to move into new templates without breaking continuity.

04
Very little room for delay

More than 70 pages were being delivered within approximately one month, making parallel execution essential.

Delivery constraint

Some design directions also needed refinement during implementation. Rather than simply reproducing them, Vyasti redesigned sections where the live experience required stronger usability, clarity or responsive behaviour.

What made it different Multiple moving parts
01 Design decisions continued during development
02 Content and blog migration happened alongside the build
03 QA, responsiveness and performance were checked continuously
03 / Our Approach

We didn't treat 70+ pages as 70 separate builds. We built one connected system.

The Evotix website redesign moved through several workstreams at the same time. Design refinement, development, content migration, visual production and QA progressed together rather than waiting for one phase to finish before another began.

Why parallel?

With more than 70 pages and a compressed timeline, waiting for a traditional design → build → migrate → QA sequence would have slowed delivery. Decisions were made, tested and refined continuously.

01
Establish repeatable patterns

Shared structures helped pages scale without making every page feel disconnected.

02
Refine while building

Design directions that did not translate well into the live experience were improved during development.

03
Move content progressively

Existing blogs and content were migrated into the new system while core pages were still progressing.

04
Test continuously

Responsive review, page checks and performance refinement happened throughout the build.

Working principle Build. Review. Refine. Repeat. The system evolved through implementation rather than being frozen before development began.
The approach

This allowed Vyasti to move quickly without treating speed as a substitute for quality. The result was a scalable website system in which UX, development, content and quality assurance supported one another.

04 / Solution Highlights

The Evotix website redesign turned complexity into a clearer enterprise experience.

The solution was not one dramatic visual change. It was a series of connected improvements across hierarchy, page structure, product communication, content presentation and responsive behaviour.

What changed Connected improvements
01 Clearer information architecture
02 Stronger product storytelling
03 More consistent page patterns
04 Better responsive behaviour
Solution detail

Some supplied design directions required additional refinement once they were translated into a live, responsive environment. Vyasti adjusted hierarchy, spacing, interaction patterns and page composition where necessary.

New imagery and visual assets were also created to support product communication, while reusable structures gave the wider website a consistent experience across more than 70 pages.

05 / Impact & Results

The Evotix website redesign created a stronger foundation for growth.

More than 70 pages were brought together into one clearer digital system. The result was a website with stronger product communication, improved usability, better content structure and a more scalable foundation.

Result in context

The strongest outcome of the project was not a single isolated metric. The Evotix website redesign created a more coherent digital foundation across more than 70 pages, migrated content and supporting visual assets — giving the business a stronger platform for visibility, engagement, lead generation and continued growth.

06 / Technology Stack

The experience was supported by a scalable delivery architecture.

For the Evotix website redesign, technology decisions were focused on scalability, responsive behaviour, content management, performance and reliable delivery across more than 70 pages.

01
Responsive Front-End Experience layer

Page structures and responsive behaviour were refined to create a consistent experience across desktop, tablet and mobile breakpoints.

02
Reusable Page System Scale layer

Repeatable page patterns helped maintain visual and structural consistency while allowing different product, solution and content journeys to remain purpose-built.

05

Responsive review, page checks and performance refinement ran alongside development instead of being deferred until the end of the project.

Continuous
Technical principle Scale the system, not the complexity. The architecture had to make a large enterprise website easier to build, maintain and evolve.
01 Responsive layout system
02 Reusable design patterns

The technical approach supported the wider Evotix website redesign by giving more than 70 pages a consistent responsive foundation while keeping content, performance and future scalability part of the same system.
