Under My Roof needed a platform where guests could explore its growing portfolio, understand different stays and move from browsing toward booking.
Under My Roof had a growing portfolio of farm stays, villas and serviced accommodations. Vyasti created the digital platform that brought them together, made them easier to discover and gave every property space to sell its own experience.

Under My Roof needed a platform where guests could explore its growing portfolio, understand different stays and move from browsing toward booking.
Under My Roof needed more than a brochure website. The platform had to organise a large and growing property portfolio, make individual farms and stays easier to discover, retain a visually rich hospitality experience without becoming slow, and create stronger entry points for organic search, marketing campaigns and paid traffic.
Under My Roof had to showcase a large mix of farms, villas and serviced stays without turning the website into a long, heavy catalogue. Guests needed to understand their options quickly, while every property still needed enough space to feel desirable on its own.
The platform needed to give a growing portfolio structure without making guests work hard to understand which property, stay type or experience suited them.
Farms, villas, apartments and different stay experiences all needed visibility without making the platform feel repetitive or difficult to browse.
Property-led pages depend heavily on images, graphics and visual storytelling. The challenge was maintaining that richness without allowing page weight to dominate the experience.
Weekend plans, private parties, family gatherings and group stays create different expectations. The website had to make these journeys easier to understand from the start.
UI/UX, development, graphics, illustrations, motion, content, SEO and marketing requirements had to move together rather than wait for one discipline to finish before another began.
SEO, content, marketing and paid campaigns meant the structure also had to support traffic arriving with different levels of intent.
The difficult part was not simply creating more pages. Under My Roof needed a system capable of giving many different properties their own identity while still making the overall portfolio feel easy to understand, fast to browse and consistent enough to scale. That meant property discovery, performance, visual storytelling, SEO and campaign readiness had to be solved together rather than treated as separate tasks.
The solution brought a large hospitality portfolio into one experience while allowing individual properties to remain visually distinctive. Discovery, imagery, performance and conversion were designed to work together rather than compete for attention.

Photography and property character stayed dominant while navigation, content hierarchy and calls to action quietly guided guests toward the next decision.
Graphics, icons, illustrations and supporting imagery gave the wider platform a more coherent visual language.
Animation was used to add energy and polish without allowing interaction to slow down property discovery.
Content and page hierarchy were shaped to create a stronger foundation for property-led organic discovery.
The website could support traffic from SEO, marketing and paid campaigns while giving visitors a relevant path into the portfolio.
The final experience was built around a simple idea: a guest should be able to appreciate the personality of an individual property without losing their sense of the wider Under My Roof portfolio. That balance allowed more than 34 pages, rich imagery, custom visual assets, motion, SEO and marketing journeys to coexist inside one consistent hospitality platform.
The solution went beyond rebuilding pages. Vyasti reshaped how KaleidEO's technology was explained, visualised and experienced across UI/UX, content, motion, illustrations, responsive behaviour and search foundations.

Information, illustration and motion were used together to communicate technical depth without forcing every visitor to think like an engineer.
The redesign brought graphics, illustrations, icons, animations, page hierarchy and content presentation into a more coherent system — giving KaleidEO a stronger experience across more than 18 core pages.
KaleidEO needed different audiences to reach different conclusions from the same website. Enterprise buyers needed product confidence, investors needed credibility, candidates needed ambition and the wider market needed to understand what the company was actually building. The final experience was designed to support all four without fragmenting the brand or the product story.
The Under My Roof website gave the business one digital destination for its growing portfolio while creating stronger foundations for search, campaign traffic and property discovery.
Instead of relying on scattered property promotion, Under My Roof gained a structured digital experience capable of presenting individual stays while supporting SEO, marketing and paid acquisition around the wider portfolio.
Because Vyasti also worked across SEO, marketing and paid advertising, the website was not treated as the end product. It became the destination those growth activities could send people into.
Search-led traffic could enter through relevant property and content journeys.
Marketing activity had a stronger digital destination to support it.
Guests could move deeper into the portfolio instead of relying on isolated promotions.
The platform created clearer pathways from interest toward enquiry and booking.
The biggest shift was not simply the number of pages delivered. Under My Roof moved from having no dedicated platform capable of properly presenting its property portfolio to having a 34+ page digital experience built around discovery, performance, search and marketing. That gave the business a stronger foundation for promoting existing properties and adding new ones without rebuilding the digital experience from the beginning each time.
Delivering 34+ hospitality pages meant solving more than layout. Reusable structures, responsive behaviour, visual asset handling, SEO and performance had to work as one delivery system.
The platform needed enough flexibility for different farms, villas and apartments while keeping layout logic, responsive behaviour and performance consistent across the wider website.
Shared page structures created consistency while still leaving room for each property to communicate its own visual character and details.
Property exploration, imagery, content and calls to action were adapted so the experience remained useful across smaller screens.
Image-heavy hospitality pages were treated as a performance problem from the beginning rather than something to optimise only after launch.
Content hierarchy and landing journeys supported organic discovery, marketing activity and paid traffic entering at different points.
Guests only see the finished interface. Underneath it, multiple systems had to stay coordinated for the portfolio to remain usable as it expanded.
Repeatable structures for presenting different stays without making every page feel identical.
Navigation, content hierarchy, imagery and booking actions adapted across device sizes.
Rich visuals and motion were balanced against the need for a fast, usable browsing experience.
Graphics, icons, illustrations and supporting visual elements worked within one coherent experience.
Search intent, page hierarchy and content worked together to strengthen organic discovery.
The site provided stronger destinations for marketing and paid advertising traffic.
With UI/UX, development, graphics, motion, content, SEO and marketing in scope, sequential handoffs would have slowed the project down. The workstreams progressed together instead.
The technical success of the Under My Roof project was not about introducing complexity for its own sake. It was about building a reliable system capable of carrying 34+ pages, property imagery, custom assets, responsive behaviour, SEO and marketing requirements without making the experience harder to maintain or slower to use.
The finished Under My Roof experience had to make dozens of properties feel part of one brand without making every stay look the same. The work is best understood by seeing how that system travelled across the portfolio.

Reusable structures created familiarity for the guest, while imagery and individual property details gave each stay enough room to feel different.

What impressed us most was the systems thinking behind the execution. The final experience feels intentional, scalable, and built for real users.
A growing portfolio needs more than beautiful pages. Vyasti brings experience design, development, content, SEO and growth together so people can discover what you offer, understand what makes it valuable and move naturally toward enquiry, booking or conversion.
